Beijing, China’s capital city is home to most of the 95 Chinese enterprises included in the 2014 Fortune Global 500 and many of the largest companies in China. Our Beijing office is located in the heart of Beijing’s Central Business District (CBD) and a short walk from major international hotels such as the Westin Chaoyang, the Kempinski and the Four Seasons.

From our Beijing office, we strive to build the best team for each client, by using a multidisciplinary approach that combines knowledge, experience, language and individual strengths. The lawyers of our Beijing office not only have the profound knowledge of the industries like energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, power, mining, automobile, railway, aviation, manufacturing and sales, financing, etc., but also have the knowledge, experience and multi-language capacities required to serve each transaction. The multi-language capacities in Chinese, English, French and Spanish have enabled the Beijing office to provide efficient and effective services to our clients in their main markets like Africa and Latin America. With significant experience in international energy, mining, infrastructure and financing related matters, our lawyers handle a variety of complex transactions across multiple borders.

Our clients include a number of significant Chinese companies and banks conducting business in China and throughout Asia, as well as Chinese companies and banks that seek to establish and grow their presence internationally. Our particular experience over the past 13 years in China has been in the acquisition and disposition of oil and gas interests, infrastructure development projects and financing. Recently, our Beijing office has also rapidly expanded intellectual property (IP) practice focused on international IP transactions and protection.
